Considering the current situation due to COVID-19, all shipments for orders received would be carried out after complete lifting of the lockdown conditions.
We are fully committed to safety precautions at our workspace. During the lockdown itself, we have already completed one round of sanitisation process. The next is scheduled to take place on the first day of reopening.
Considering the pandemic, to begin with, we intend to start operations with only skeleton staff that commute in private capacity. Anyone with slight symptoms or those using public transport to work shall not attend work. It shall also be noted that till date, not our place of work nor any residence of our employees or management has come under containment zone area. Moreover, we have agreed to pay in full the salaries to all our staff members as usual.
We would be dedicating the first hour of reopening for educating regarding the new standard operating procedures. All shall cover their nose and mouth atleast at all times. Hand gloves have been made available in adequate quantity. No outsider shall be allowed to enter our premises for the initial days atleast.
No gathering of five or more persons shall be encouraged in the work space. Social Distancing is to be maintained at all times. All shall disperse for lunch separately. Frequent santisation of the workplace would be taken up with special attention towards most contacted surfaces.
All boxes shall be duly disinfected before being taken inside our warehouse. A mechanism on the lines of no-contact delivery shall be put in place. Hand sanitiser shall be available at entry and exit points. Use of the same would be mandatory at the time of entry.
We would adhere to the guidelines laid by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India in addition to our own operations specific good hygiene practices.
